  • The ASI token merger is carried out in two main phases:

    • Phase 1: Rebranding & Merging Tokens – July 1st, 2024

      • Token Merge: AGIX and OCEAN tokens are consolidated into FET on the Ethereum blockchain. Holders using other chains must bridge to Ethereum.

    • $OCEAN tokens migrate to ASI, at a conversion rate of 0.433226:1

  • Token Migration: ASI will be supported on multiple blockchains including FetchChain (Cosmos), Ethereum, Cardano, BNB Chain, and Matic Chain. Cross-chain bridges will facilitate token migration between these networks.

  • Governance: A new Artificial Superintelligence Council will be established, including representatives from each foundation, to guide operations and ensure community involvement in decision-making.
